Responsibilities:
Oversee the general operation of the community association portfolio and provide supervision to staff and contracted service providers, as applicable.
Regularly communicate with the Board regarding community issues.
Enforce the Rules and Regulations of the Association as outlined in the governing documents.
Prepare, or oversee the preparation of, notices and meeting packets for all Association and Board meetings in a timely manner.
Attend monthly Board Meetings, Annual Meetings, and any Special Meetings as contracted.
Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and secure proposals for day-to-day operations, providing recommendations to the Boards for consideration.
Oversee and ensure accuracy in individual items for each unit/lot.
Assist in preparing the annual budget and updating reserve study projects for all communities in the portfolio.
Approve all expenditures and seek Board approval for amounts exceeding predetermined thresholds.
Respond to owner inquiries and requests promptly and in accordance with company standards.
Manage the decision-making process effectively, working with short and long-range objectives for the associations.
Handle after-hours emergency calls as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Deliver superior customer service.
Knowledge of community association inspection processes.
Understanding of the role of the association board of directors and effective communication with association ownership.
Proficient in typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.).
Proficient in conflict resolution techniques.
Ability to maintain a positive work culture in line with NRP's values and beliefs.
Strong time management and time-critical organizational skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
2 years or more of Association Management experience (Preferred).
CMCA, AMS, or PCAM certification is preferred; please specify if applicable.
