About the role:

We are now seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

  • This position is responsible for the front desk duties in addition to carrying out general administrative tasks.
  • Presents a friendly and professional atmosphere for all visitors..
  • Answers and directs phone calls.
  • Maintains updated electronic records
  • Monitors electronic correspondence
  • Sorts and distributes daily mail
  • Scanning and filing projects
  • Maintains cleanliness of front desk and main entrance.
  • Monitors office supplies.
  • Successful candidates will have 1 year of prior front desk receptionist/customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are essential as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
