About the Role:
As a Portfolio Manager overseeing 55+ residential communities, you will lead the operational, financial, and community engagement activities across a portfolio of age-restricted homeowners associations. This role requires a high level of empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding resident experiences while ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient property operations, and strong board relationships.
