Role Overview: As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in The CAM Collective’s success by leading sales efforts for pre-booked leads targeting homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium associations (COAs) seeking new management solutions. Your primary responsibility will be managing and closing sales meetings that have been scheduled in advance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and mentor a small team of 2-4 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) responsible for booking meetings and identifying leads. While your main focus will be direct sales activities, we welcome candidates interested in taking on a sales leadership role with the BDR team and contributing to the development of our sales strategy.

You will work closely with the senior management team of each member company and the CAM Collective’s technology and engineering teams, with required travel to meet prospective clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Take ownership of the sales process from initial lead interest through to closing.
    • Respond to high-intent inbound leads from referrals and paid advertising efforts.
    • Conduct presentations and negotiations with prospective clients, initially focusing on our Chicago-based Member Companies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Member Company experts to coordinate on-site visits and create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Work with the technology team to align cold outbound and paid advertising strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal close in an efficient manner.
    • Use HubSpot CRM to track and manage leads, sales activities, and pipeline.
    • Report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Additional Opportunities:
    • Mentor and manage a team of BDRs to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and training programs.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
    • Take on a leadership role in scaling The CAM Collective’s sales motion to new geographies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an account executive or in inside sales.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, auto-dialers, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferred candidates based in Chicago; however, strong remote candidates open to travel are welcome to apply.
