Job Summary:
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist who is enthusiastic, personable and committed to delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Prior receptionist experience is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors promptly and courteously as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Manage daily mail: receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support, including filing, labeling, archiving, and other general office duties as needed.
  • Assist customers and address basic inquiries.
  • De-escalate customer's concerns by actively listening, identifying the issue, and directing them to the appropriate team member for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor, effectively managing stressful situations with professionalism and patience.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
